There is no need for you to print your ticket out. We only ask that it is easily accessible on your phone as it will be required at both the main entrance and when you check-in to hospitality.
Tickets will be sent via email approximately 4 weeks out from the event. All tickets for the 2023 event will be Digital tickets, with no printed tickets available for purchase.
Hospitality guests at the Horizon Irish Open will have access to Car Park 2B.

Strictly no minibus’s will be allowed into the K Club main entrance so please make sure you picked up and dropped off in Car Park 2A.
Strictly no taxi’s will be allowed into the main K Club entrance, please make sure you are dropped off and collected from the public car park which is situated in Car Park 2A.
There is a dedicated roped off, wheelchair viewing area, that will be positioned at the front of the 18th Green.
There will be dedicated disabled spaces in Car Park 2 for spectators whose vehicles display a blue badge. Blue Badge holders will need to contact Ticketing@europeantourgroup.com in order to make arrangements in advance and gain admission to site.
We do not provide mobility scooters, but wheelchairs and other motorised chairs are allowed on the tournament grounds should you like to bring them.
Hospitality guests will use Car Park 2 which is within walking distance of the hospitality

Hospitality will open at 08:30 and close at 18:30 with Breakfast at 09:00 – 11:00, Lunch at 12:00 – 15:30 and afternoon tea at 16:00 – 17:00. For further details please contact premiumexperiences@europeantourgroup.com
Smoking is not permitted anywhere within hospitality, and this includes any grandstands or viewing platforms onsite.
Hospitality areas at our events are fully accessible.
There is a designated cloakroom available within Green on 18. The tournament organizers will not be held responsible for any items left onsite.
Complimentary WiFi is available throughout the event. Please ask a host / hostess on the day and they can advise you if there are any specific log-in details.
Children are permitted within hospitality but they must be accompanied by an adult at all times and they still require their own admission ticket.
Yes – however please be aware of uneven terrain. The ground is uneven and particularly under wet conditions the ground may become slippery. Appropriate footwear should be worn to avoid injury.
High-chairs are unfortunately not available in hospitality.

The use of any cameras, computers and other electronic equipment at the Tournament Thursday to Sunday is not permitted other than with the proper accreditation. Cameras are allowed during the Pro-Am.
The use of mobile phones is permitted but restricted to dedicated areas only, where event signage will refer to them as “mobile phone zones”. Only in these dedicated areas can calls be made or received, however phones must remain on silent at all times.
Tee times will be available on our website (https://www.europeantour.com/dpworld-tour/) or our app. Please note that the draw is not made until the Tuesday of event week.

Full TV coverage of play will be available within hospitality.
The best place for viewing would be on the 18th and 10th holes where we have built designated disability platforms.
All toilet locations marked on the site map do have disabled toilets within the same vicinity.
