The Hero Open 2022 will take place at Fairmont St Andrews from 28-31 July. Spectators will enjoy breath-taking views and world-class action as players tackle The Torrance Course across four dramatic days.
In 2021 home favourite Grant Forrest won his maiden European Tour title. Forrest struck a course-record 63 in his opening round and birdied the 17th and 18th in his final round to secure a thrilling one-stroke victory. Fellow Scots Calum Hill and David Law also finished in the top 5 in an incredible week for Scottish Golf.

How do I attend?
Limited Launch Price Tickets for the 2022 Hero Open can be purchased here from the 9th March 2022.
The main event will be held from 28th–31st July 2022 at Fairmont St Andrews, St Andrews, Fife.
Tickets are only available to purchase via PGA European Tour at Select an Event – Fairmont St Andrews – Ticketing System (europeantour.com)
Transport
Free on-site parking will be available for all ticket holders at the event. Further details including the location will be confirmed closer to the event. Accessible parking options are also available for disabled badge holders, please contact ticketing@europeantour.com with the relevant documentation to secure a spot.
Any additional travel options to attend the Hero Open will be confirmed closer to the event.
Ticket prices & information
Tickets will go on-sale at a promotional Launch Price in March 2022, this will provide a saving versus the price paid for tickets closer to and in the week of the event (if still available and not sold out in earlier sales periods).
Launch prices for Adults are £10 across all 4 days. Adult season tickets are also available, providing a saving if you plan to attend multiple days. Juniors (12 and under) attend for free (valid ID must be presented at the point of entry to be granted access).
Complimentary tickets for those aged 12 years and under are available upon purchase of an Adult ticket. Junior tickets are required to be redeemed at the time of original purchase. All ticket types, including Junior Tickets are subject to availability, and cannot be issued in advance or at the gate once a day has sold out. To add Junior tickets to an existing order, please email ticketing@europeantourgroup.com.
We recommend purchasing tickets in advance to guarantee your access. Tickets purchased in advance of the week of the event also provide a cost saving.
Customer Service
Tickets will be sent via email no later than 4 weeks out from the event. All tickets for the 2022 event will be Digital tickets, with no printed tickets available for purchase.
If you haven’t received your tickets via email, and there is less than 7 days until the event contact our customer service team – Ticketing@europeantour.com. When contacting us please include your order number, the surname of the booking and the email address used to create the booking. Please do check your junk/spam/clutter folder in your emails before contacting us.
Tickets are not refundable or exchangeable under these circumstances.

The Health & Safety of fans, players & staff will be at the centre of all planning for the event, and government guidance at the time of the event will be followed in this respect. If there is a requirement for social distancing or contact tracing during the event, we will contact ticket purchasers directly to advise on next steps.
If the Ticket Purchaser is unable to attend the 2022 Hero Open with spectators because they live in an area which is subject to a local lockdown, restricting them from being able to come to the venue, a full refund will be issued (Subject to conditions outlined within the Full Ticketing T&Cs).
