There is no need for you to print your ticket out. We only ask that it is easily accessible on your phone as it will be required at both the main entrance and when you check-in to hospitality.
Tickets will be sent via email approximately 4 weeks out from the event. All tickets for the 2023 event will be Digital tickets, with no printed tickets available for purchase.
Hospitality guests at the Betfred British Masters will have access to Car Park 3.

Strictly no minibus’s will be allowed into the main Belfry Resort entrance so please make sure you are picked up and dropped off in the public cark park which is situated in Car Park 3.

The Betfred British Masters will operate a free shuttle service from Birmingham International Station from Thursday 29th June – Sunday 2nd July.
There are disabled shuttles which will go between the public car park (car park 3) and welcome tent.

Designated parking for Blue Badge holders is located at the front of the hospitality car park. Access to dedicated parking for hospitality guests does require a pass.

Hospitality will open at 09:00 and close at 18:30 with Breakfast at 09:00 – 11:00, Lunch at 11:30 – 15:30 and afternoon tea at 16:30 – 17:30. For further details please contact premiumexperiences@europeantourgroup.com
Smoking is not permitted anywhere within hospitality, and this includes any grandstands or viewing platforms onsite.

There is not a designated cloakroom available within Champions Club. The tournament organizers will not be held responsible for any items left onsite.
Complimentary WiFi is available throughout the event. Please ask a host / hostess on the day and they can advise you if there are any specific log-in details.
Children are permitted within hospitality but they must be accompanied by an adult at all times and they still require their own admission ticket.
Yes – however please be aware of uneven terrain. The ground is uneven and particularly under wet conditions the ground may become slippery. Appropriate footwear should be worn to avoid injury.
High-chairs are unfortunately not available in hospitality.

Alcoholic beverages are not permitted to be brought into the venue.
The use of any cameras, computers and other electronic equipment at the Tournament Thursday to Sunday is not permitted other than with the proper accreditation. Cameras are allowed during the Pro-Am.
The use of mobile phones is permitted but restricted to dedicated areas only, where event signage will refer to them as “mobile phone zones”. Only in these dedicated areas can calls be made or received, however phones must remain on silent at all times. Cameras are allowed during the Pro-Am.
